My Hot Water heater broke down and threw code 11. The tech replaced this part, but I had to wait several days until it came in. So, I put together my own parts kit. Rheem did not have this in stock so I bought this from Industrial Stores. I also got OEM ignition and flame rods for spares. As far as experience goes, it would have been helpful if the item description referenced which models the oart actually serviced. I had to triangulate by comparing the old part to the photograph. Should be able to cross-reference part to appliance.

Good price for a critical component of a gas, tankless water heater. The original part failed three days before Christmas. Plumbers were either not available, or wanted $135 for a house call. Ori was very helpful in getting the order placed quickly, so that I could receive and install it on Christmas Eve. VERY GOOD customer service.
