The PennBarry 25560 Transfan is a room-to-room transfer fan. It has an adjustable wall sleeve for varying wall thicknesses and fits easily between wall studs or ceiling joists. It is supplied with a built-in variable speed motor control. The PennBarry Transfan fits between studs in walls 3-3/4" to 5" thick. White plastic grill on both sides of the wall allows even air diffusion. Adjustable speed switch controls air delivery from 50 to 225 CFM, 115V, 60 Hz. The motor is pre-wired to a junction box. UL listed. AMCA certified air deliveries.

No, I would not recommend this product to a friend or co-worker
This product is quiet and the body is well-made. 2 problems: the exterior grates are not deep enough to clear the fan blades, and the installation screws for the cover are not the correct size for the holes.

the fan was shipped quickly and was packaged well. Was a little expensive than i ma used to paying but got the job done.
