Honeywell VU844A1045 Fan Coil Actuator is used with 2-Way Normally Open VU52 Series Valves or 3-Way VU54 Series Valves.  The actuator is designed with a stainless steel case and an aluminum cover.  During a power failure, a manual operating lever is used for valve operation.  When power is restored it automatically returns to its position.  The VU844A1045 operates at 24V and has 8" Electrical Connection Length.

The VU844 Fan Coil Valve Actuators is used with VU53 and VU54 valves for controlling the flow of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC equipment such as fan coil units, terminal reheat coils, and convectors.  These valves are humidity resistant and are suitable for use in condensing, non-corrosive environments.  They are easy to install and can be reinstalled without the need to drain the system or disassemble the valve.

These actuators feature conduit hole slot for fast wiring, it fits under the cover of most baseboard convectors with actuator fitted to the valve body and secure 3-point, metal latch to the valve body
