The 3CR2024 is a replacement 3-blade fan and 20" in diameter. This is for use with interchangeable hex hubs Regal Rexnord Fasco HVAC equipment such as heat exchangers, heat pumps, air-conditioning condensers, power roof ventilators, and unit heaters.
The blade is 20" in diameter and has interchangeable hubs. Fasco fan blades are made of high-quality aluminum material and zinc & dichromate-plated steel spiders. The blades are factory tested at 1000 RPM speed.
Has anything changed in past year or two involving the blade drilling process? Or just any changes in general in the manufacturing process? It seems the we have been experiencing accelerated metal fatigue compared to using these over recent years.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a comment regarding the blade drilling process or manufacturing. This is excellent product feedback and we greatly appreciate your input, however, we checked with our resources and we were not advised on any changes to the manufacturing process.
