Broan-NuTone 690NT is an exhaust fan economic upgrade kit with 60 CFM airflow efficiency.  The kit consists of a white polymeric grille cover, wrench, fan motor, and 2 motor steel plates that hold the motor in place.  It can be mounted in-wall or ceiling.

The 690NT fan motor features quiet operation and permanently lubricated without the need for oiling making the sound level not exceeding 3.0 Sones.  Recommendable for small rooms such as bathrooms to maintain or control and eliminate unpleasant odor.  Also, it does help reduce fumes coming from cleaning products that can potentially harm your health.
